SUP Yoga

Practice SUP Yoga in te sea or in the pool! Increases strength, flexibility and coordination.
Enjoy a relaxing Yoga class on top of a paddle surf board. In addition to the benefits of yoga, it increases the strength, flexibility, coordination and resistance necessary to maintain balance on the surfboard, giving you an enormous feeling of tranquility and harmony.
Leaving the studio, changing the ceiling for the sky, the mat for a board, the floor for the sea or the pool and a constant challenge of maintaining concentration and balance in each posture.
SUP Yoga classes of 1:30h.
SUP Yoga classes maximum 8 students.
Certified Yoga instructor.
High quality material boards, yoga star and Starboard paddles.
Classes in English or Spanish.
Civil liability insurance included.
Wetsuits if necessary.
